These are some of the most commonly asked questions from parents but feel free to contact us should you have an enquiries which is not listed here.

​WHAt are your session times?
Full day - 7.30am to 6pm
Full day with an early start - 7am to 6pm
Morning session - 7.30am to 1pm
Morning session with an early start - 7am to 1pm
Afternoon session - 1pm to 6pm
When is the nursery closed for holidays?
We are closed for two days at Christmas and two days at New Year.
How are fees paid?
All fees are payable in advance on the 1st of the month. Fees can be paid using a variety of methods such as standing order, BACS payment and debit card.
Do you accept childcare vouchers
We do accept childcare vouchers and we are also registered and part of the government's tax free childcare scheme.
What do the fees include?
Included in our fees are nappies, wipes, cream, breakfast, mid-morning snack, two course lunch and afternoon snack.
What are the child adult ratios?
For children under two years our ratio is one adult to three children. Between the ages of two to three the ratio is one adult to five children. For the children between the ages of three to five the ratio is one adult to eight children.
What qualifications do your staff have?
Our staff all hold a recognised qualification in childcare such as an HNC in Early Education and Childcare, SVQ 3 Children's Care Learning and Development.
What happens if someone else has to collect my child from nursery?
Sometimes it happens that something unexpected occurs and someone else has to collect your child from nursery, this is no problem. We would ask you to set up a password with us and give the password to the person picking your child up.
